Online Plus Box

Subscribe To QuickBooks Online

Instead of using a traditional desktop accounting product, you can sign up for a subscription to QuickBooks Online. You give us permission to access your data by setting us up as a user in your Company File. Your Company File resides on servers hosted by Intuit and can be accessed via any Internet-connected computer. Your subscription to any of the online products provides you with:

  • Anywhere, anytime online access to your data.
  • Mobile access for iPhone, Blackberry or Android.
  • Automatic data backup and free upgrades.

We are always available to:

  • Immediately answer any questions you have about your financial data.
  • Troubleshoot any problems you may be having.
  • Arrange online meetings to discuss your results or do training.

We recommend QuickBooks Online if you don’t need features like job costing, batch invoicing or multiple currencies, and don’t have advanced reporting needs.

*QuickBooks Online requires a computer with either Microsoft Windows (2000, XP, Vista, or Windows 7) or Mac OS, an Internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended), and at least Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3, Safari 3.1 for Mac, or Chrome 3 or later for Windows, or Chrome 4 or later for Mac. Works on iPhone, Android OS, and BlackBerry 5.x or later.
**This option requires a monthly subscription to any QuickBooks online product. Assure offers a discount on the monthly fee for all clients.

Real-Time Service with QuickBooks Remote Access

You give us permission to access your QuickBooks data through a secure internet connection using a service such as WebEx Remote Access, GoToMyPC or LogMeIn. Your Company File resides on a computer in your location and we schedule a time with you to log in and access it. Remote Access will let us:

  • Access, input and check your data as needed.
  • Immediately answer any questions you have about your financial data.
  • Troubleshoot any problems you may be having.
  • Arrange online meetings to discuss your results or do training.

We recommend this access option for those who would prefer to host their own company file.

*You must own a license of any of QuickBook’s desktop products – Pro, Premier, Enterprise or any of the industry solutions. If you need to purchase a license, Assure offers a discount to all clients.
**This option requires a subscription to a remote access service such as LogMeIn, GoToMyPC or WebEx Remote Access.


Sent Email

Email Us An Accountant’s Copy of Your Company File

You can create an Accountant’s copy of your database and email it to us. We will perform the requested work and send it back to you. You can send your source documents to us in several ways:

  • Upload them to our secure portal.
  • Scan and email them to us.
  • Scan and transmit them through a service such as DropBox or Box.com.
  • Mail them to us at the end of the month (We recommend Priority Mail if you use this option).



QuickBooks Accountant Edition

Let Assure Do It All For You

We use our own software to process all of your accounting and bookkeeping transactions. Your Company File is located on our computers and you cannot access it. We will give you a copy of the file, though, if you ever purchase a license of QuickBooks software. We provide you with monthly reports (Management Use Only), in PDF format, that you need to run your business effectively.

This option is ideal for those who:

  • Are just starting their business.
  • Have a limited number of transactions.
  • Don’t want to purchase or subscribe to software right away.
  • Don’t want to have to learn how to use new software right away.
  • Don’t need to have 24/7 access to their financial information.

This solution would be recommended for businesses just starting up or for those with very simple bookkeeping needs.
